An original character. She's the eldest princess of Atlantis, which is now concealed beneath the ocean.
I think it turned out pretty well actually. I tried out some new colouring techniques on this one too. I don't like the way her hand turned out though.. I suck at drawing hands... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. You can think of anything you want, just make sure you still respect the theme. You can choose to illustrate dreams, nightmares or even both of them. Anything you want! One suggestion though... I know the pose is kind of arching her back and all, maybe her bust is put up a little high.

I was thinking about the bust being too high, originally my intent was to have her arms crossed over her chest, but it didn't work as well on paper as it did in my head
